ABOUT ATSIFLY

Hiring should cost less attention than it does.

Recruiting software got very good at storing applications and stayed useless at the part that is actually hard: reading them, chasing four calendars, writing the same message ninety times, and still having a real conversation with the person at the end.

THE AGENTIC ATS / WHAT WE MEAN BY IT

An applicant tracking system with somebody working inside it.

An agentic ATS is not a chat box added to a database. It is a workspace where the routine work happens on its own, where every piece of that work arrives prepared and waiting for a person to approve it, and where the reason behind every score, message and decision is still readable six months later.

OUR MISSION

Give recruiters back the part of the job they liked.

Talking to people, reading a room, making a judgement call. Not the pile, the chasing and the typing.

OUR VISION

Every hiring decision can be explained.

To the hiring manager in the debrief, to the candidate who was turned down, and to whoever asks about it half a year later.

OUR ORIGINS / BUILT FROM THE COMPLAINT

It started as a list of things nobody wanted to do again.

Atsifly began with a specific Friday: 240 applications, a client waiting, a shortlist due, and no chance of reading any of it properly. The obvious answer was a filter, and filters are how good candidates get thrown away for missing a word. So we built the opposite: something that reads everything, ranks it, and shows you the sentence behind every score so you can argue with it. Then we kept going down the list of things people were doing by hand at seven in the evening, and each one became a feature. The name is the shape of the product: an applicant tracking system, with something that actually flies through the work in it.

OUR PHILOSOPHY / WHAT WE HOLD TRUE

Speed that does not cost you the reason.

Six convictions decide what we build, what we promise and what we refuse to ship.

01

The agent proposes, a person confirms.

Every action that reaches a candidate, a client or a board waits for a named approval. There is no setting that turns this off.

02

Evidence before eloquence.

A confident summary is worth nothing without the line it came from. Every score cites its source, and every source is one you can open.

03

A filter is not a shortlist.

Keyword matching throws away the person who solved your problem under a different job title. Reading is the whole job.

04

Rejection is part of the product.

Most people who apply will be turned down. They deserve a real reason, sent quickly, that names a requirement rather than a personal quality.

05

Your data trains nothing shared.

Candidate records, notes and messages stay in your workspace. They are not used to improve anything another customer will use.

06

Boring where it matters.

Retention, approvals and audit records are unglamorous and non-negotiable. They are the parts that decide whether a fast decision was also a safe one.

THE SYSTEM

Agent, workspace and record.

The product is not the chat and it is not the database. The value is in connecting the whole chain from an open role to a defensible hire.

01

Fly

The agent that reads the brief, works the market, drafts, calls and books.

02

The workspace

Roles, pipeline, candidates, interviews, clients and invoices in one system.

03

The approval line

One tray where everything outbound waits for a named person to sign it.

04

The record

The evidence, the approvals and the retention rules that make a decision defensible.

WHAT THE WORK TELLS YOU

The pipeline is also a measurement instrument.

Every role you run produces evidence about your own hiring: which requirement is doing all the filtering, which board supplies volume without quality, which stage loses the people you wanted, and which approver is quietly adding three days to every offer. None of that needs a survey.

01 / THE BRIEF

What you are really asking for

Which requirement halves the market, which one does all the rejecting, and which one the last two hires did not actually meet.

02 / THE LOOP

Where candidates leave

Withdrawal by stage and by reason, so you know whether it is the wait, the panel or the offer.

03 / THE SOURCE

What each board is worth

Not applications, but applications that clear the bar, against what you paid for them.

04 / THE DECISION

Whether it holds up

Score spread per criterion and how often a person overrules the rank, so the criteria improve on evidence.

EVIDENCE ON EVERY SCOREAPPROVAL BEFORE ANY SENDNO TRAINING ON YOUR DATARETENTION YOU CONTROL

TRUST IS PART OF THE PRODUCT

Fast, grounded and honest about what it cannot know.

A shortlist that reads well and ranks the wrong person is not a small failure, it is the failure we design against. Where the evidence is thin, the score says so. Where a judgement belongs to a person, it waits for one.

01

Gaps are stated

What is missing is named as clearly as what is present, before the interview rather than during it.

02

Candidates are told

People know when they are speaking to an agent, and can ask for a person at any point.

03

Overrides are recorded

When a person moves a candidate against the rank, the workspace keeps what the score had missed.

04

Checked before it moves

Adverts and rejection reasons pass a bias and wording check before publication, not after a complaint.

START WITH ONE ROLE

Tell us which role is stuck.

We will map the brief, the scoring criteria, the boards, the approvals and the systems your team already uses, then run the first shortlist with you and show every score with its evidence.
